Hi Linda, Thank you so much for your comment. If you take a look at the Dance Wiki section, here on Linedancer, there are definitions and qualifications of each dance level. It further explains what qualifies a level of a dance. In this case, since there is a restart in the dance, it does not qualify to be a beginner or AB level. The lowest level it can qualify for is Improver. Hence, the reason, it is a the Low Improver dance. I hope this clarifies it for you. Enjoy the dance!
