Absolute Beginner teachers heads up: this is ideal for teaching your AB's chasses and shuffles without having to change direction. There are loads of alternative tracks listed but I have been doing it to 'Ladies Night' by Atomic Kitten as it has more life in it. You can eradicate the pivot half turns and make it a rocking chair instead at the end. Brilliant teaching aid this is. And a 1 wall too so a quick tutorial. Probably not a keeper on the playlist long term but it serves its purpose and will progress your AB's quickly.
