This is an excellent beginner dance I teach at fun workshops , and for your A/Bs. the good beat of the music by maroon 5 really helps, it will fit to many pieces of music, though,so thank you, Sue

My absolute beginners LOVE this, it's often requested. If you like to start your ABs off with a touch of pop music that they know, and easy steps, then this is highly recommended. Thank you, Sue.
