Perfect for teaching a rocking chair and jazz jumps...had fun with those on the claps as alternate rows started either clap up or clap down!!! Caused much laughter which is always great to hear.

Great little Ab dance has been popular with all my classes and for those who can no longer jump they can just step back and hold.

This must be one of the easiest dances for absolute beginners to follow since Flobie slide and Go cat go. Am sure many choreographers fail to realize or totally forgotten what its like to be an absolute newby to line dance.
