Used this to introduce my AB's to slow jazz boxes, they had already done heel struts in another dance. They picked it up quickly and although the music sounds fast after the heel and toes struts, the 2nd half of the dance is manageable due to the holds. The beginners love it to the intended track but have also danced it to Alan Jackson's Mercury Blues and Bill Haley's Rockin Thru The Rye.

This AB dance from Gaye Teather is fab with your new A/B's managed on week 2. Teaches heel and toe struts and slow Jazz box all keeping on wall 1 so can see Instructor and turn it when ready. Music is great apart from long long intro, but would fit any type of rock and roll type tracks.

This is a fantastic little dance that suits absolute beginners from week one but also useful warm up for other levels. Catchy music and a bit of attitude when dancing,
